A refurbishment project set out to modernise its infrastructure with a centralised audio-visual solution

This stunning property was granted planning permission to extend the residence by a further 450 sq. m including extensions to the basement, ground and upper floors and home cinema.

The refurbishment brief was to provide a reliable centralized stored custom install solution for 9 Zones of Video and 24 Zones of Audio, including a solid Ruckus WiFi network throughout using URC Total Control as the control system. Other features include the use Future Automation brackets for multiple viewing angles and CCTV Integration.

Part of the brief involved challenges and solutions for outdoor AV. Sonance Sonarray speakers were installed hidden throughout the plants in the outdoor areas providing high quality sound without compromising the atmosphere and look of the gardens.
