A stunning apartment in London’s exclusive Mayfair has undergone dramatic renovation, transforming an empty shell into a bespoke, custom install haven. We put together a list of top-of-the-range and reliable kit for this luxury project, choosing URC and Lutron to control, monitor and manage all aspects of AV and automation.

The brief from the developer, “Luxlo” was to design, specify and implement all aspects of AV, lighting, HVAC and control systems to form the ultimate smart home.
